Purple for Epilepsy day
On Wednesday 23rd March 2016 Henry Tyndale held a coffee morning to raise money and awareness for epilepsy as part of the Purple for Epilepsy Day. It was wonderful to have parents, grandparents and siblings together alongside a specialist epilepsy nurse ; so everyone could share their experiences and concerns of epilepsy with others in a similar situation. Through donations, a cake sale and merchandise we managed to raise £53.58
The students of class 1 also spent their day wearing purple wigs to show their support for epilepsy.
Thank you to everyone who attended.
